ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE  ATHLETIC CLEARANCE THROUGH THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.  

1. Students who wish to participate in a sport for the 26/27 school year will need to have an Online Clearance Packet completed and turned in before you can practice and or try out. Screenings may only be performed by a licensed MD, DO, PAC, and NP. Athletic screening must be performed after June 1st, 2026 for the 26/27 school year participation.  
2. The clearance packet is electronic. There is nothing to turn in. Simply complete the online packet and click submit. For more information click here.
