Athletic Clearance Information
- Students who wish to participate in a sport for the 25/26 school year will need to have an Online Clearance Packet completed and turned in before you can practice and or try out. Screenings may only be performed by a licensed MD, DO, PAC, and NP. Athletic screening must be performed after June 1st, 2025 for the 25/26 school year participation.
- The clearance packet is electronic. There is nothing to turn in. Simply complete the online packet and click submit.
