🌞 SUMMER WORK PERMIT INFORMATION

📅 June 12–30 & Starting July 30
➡️ Submit a PDF or image of your completed work permit using the Work Permit Request Form for Ms. Heidi in the SMHS Future Center to process.

📄 Work permit packets are available in the SMHS front office until June 30th or can be downloaded here:

English Work Permit Packet
Spanish Work Permit Packet

✅ Only the last page of the packet needs to be submitted.
⏱️ Please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
