Athletic Clearance & Sports Physical Information for the 2026–2027 School Year

Students planning to participate in sports, band, dance, or cheer during the 2026–2027 school year must complete the required Sports Physical and Online Athletic Clearance process before participating in any activities.

🏥 Sports Physicals

All student-athletes must have a valid Sports Physical completed after June 1, 2026 to be eligible for participation.
  • Physicals must be completed by a licensed MD, DO, PA-C, or NP.
  • No athlete may participate in tryouts, practices, or competitions without a current physical on file.

💻 Online Athletic Clearance

All students must complete the Online Athletic Clearance Packet before participating in any athletic activity, including tryouts.
  • The clearance process is fully electronic; paper copies will not be accepted.
  • Families must upload the signed physical form directly to their Home Campus account.
